Leadership and Pastoral Training

Closest to the heart of JMHA is the work of spiritually serving people in India through provision of churches and workers who can share the gospel to those who are in spiritual darkness. Along with many other churches and organisations in India, JMHA run a 6 month bible school for men and women who desire to increase their own relationship with God and to be equipped to serve Him better in their calling as shepherds of God's people.

Students learn by observation, informal teaching, topical studies, participating in activities, and by apprenticeship. Rev. Glory deals with their strengths and weaknesses to equip them for a committed Pastoral Ministry. After six months training in the lines of "Gurukul" (Teacher - Disciple Method), they will be sent to needy villages. It is JMHA's desire to support such workers so that they can serve the Lord faithfully.
